Refer-a-Friend Bonus Programme Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of the Refer-a-Friend programme, which allows Users of the platform to earn bonuses by recommending Afranga to their acquaintances, as well as the conditions for granting and receiving such bonuses.

2. The Refer-a-Friend bonus programme is available for a limited campaign period from 1 May 2026 to 31 May 2026. Afranga reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the programme at its sole discretion without prior individual notification.

3. Every Afranga User may participate as a Referrer, and their acquaintances may participate as Referrals, provided the programme is active.

4. Under this campaign, the bonus is a fixed amount of EUR 100 for the Referrer and EUR 100 for the Referral.

5. To qualify for the bonus:

·       The Referrer must have an active investment balance of at least EUR 1,000 at the time of referral.

·       The Referral must register via the referral link or invitation and invest at least EUR 1,000.

·       The Referral must be at least 18 years old, based in the European Union.

6. There is no limit to the number of Referrals a User can invite.

7. The bonus will be granted to both the Referrer and the Referral 4 (four) days after the Referral’s qualifying criteria is met, provided the investment has not been cancelled within the applicable withdrawal (revocation) period.

8. If the Referral’s investment is cancelled within the revocation period, the bonus will not be granted or will be revoked.

9. The bonus is immediately withdrawable once it has been credited to the User’s Afranga account.

10. Users must not misuse or abuse the programme. Afranga reserves the right to determine abuse at its sole discretion.

11. Afranga reserves the right to disqualify Users, withhold or reverse bonuses in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

12. Users must cease participation immediately if requested by Afranga.
